This guitar was great while it worked, much better than the one that ships with Guitar Hero. However, as another reviewer has noted, as of the 3.10 PS3 firmware the controller no longer is no longer recognized by the PS3, so unless you plan on running an older firmware, don't bother.

To those having this problem, there is supposedly a workaround involving switching the controller between "Guitar Hero" and "Rock Band" modes, but I haven't had any luck with it. Google around for the details if you want to give it a try.
