![]() The Tactical Trainer: A Few Thoughts On Training And Training Management From A Former Special Operations Soldier $15.00 Both of Paul's books are great. They can save civilian LE teams from wasting money on poor training, poor team selection and perhaps poor leadership. Paul is blunt, but honestly so regarding the type of training and expectations for LE teams. The two most important that I've seen are: 1. Selection is an on-going process (I've seen that blatantly violated where I work)and 2. Doing your own work and having the self discipline to carry your own weight. Specifically dry firing and physical fitness. Well worth the investment for both his book and I hope that he continues to publish additional volumes. Only one suggestion, clean up the spelling and some basic writing flaws. The info is too good to be discounted over easily correctable mistakes. |
