I purchased 3 of these for lighting a new pantry. I am pleased with the linking feature and the light is almost instantly on. I've been using these for about 2 months now with no issues and look forward to many more months with them. Installation was a breeze and everything works as stated.

Product came with no on off pull chain. It was suppose to have one.
There was also no S hooks & hanging hardware also to mbe included!

This is not a fancey homowner fixture. It is a basic industrial light source. They are much better built (thicker metal) than the cheaper made in Ch*** junk of similar design. Even though the listing states the unit comes with a T-12 magnetic ballast, the 4 I bought (and 3 a friend bought) came with combination T-12 & T-8 electronic ballasts, makeing them an exceptional deal.

I was very pleased with the appearance of the ball. Very, very bright. It added 30 minutes to our regular practice time with its high visibility. The ball seemed to be fairly well made for its price. I do not sense that the brightness or the cover on the ball will be very long lasting however. After just one practice, the surface had some definite divots in it and we were playing strictly on grass.

There was a problem though-- it leaked from the valve. It took about 12 hours for it to go completely flat. This may have been a fluke, and Amazon was great about returning it for full credit, including return shipping.

I have since ordered the fluorescent green version, thinking it may be even brighter (and add 45 minutes to my practice instead of only 30) but alas, the green isn't nearly as "fluorescent" as the orange. It does however stay inflated just fine.

I will probably purchase an additional orange ball, strictly for its brightness.
