I would suggest the book Your Successful Real Estate Career by Kenneth Edwards. I know that when I went to purchase Dirk Zeller's book, I read a review that said the same thing...to purchase Kenneth Edwards instead and they were right. Mr. Zellers book is okay but not as helpful or creatively written as Kenneth Edwards. Just a thought......
