Those were on my mind when I bought this cd in 2005. I love the expanded "The Man Who Got Away". I'm so glad I bought it. I'm noticing that pre-1960 recordings are either being taken out of circulation by music companies or are being moved to the internet. And I think it's because the copyright on them is expiring in Europe. Pirated versions of these recordings are becoming easier to obtain and they're legal too. I like cds over vinyl records because they don't scratch and over downloads because you get annotation. |
