I love the fruit and nuts! Honestly, they taste like they are freshly roasted. And they are generously provided in each serving.

I subscribe to this cereal and receive an added 15% discount. Love that!

Most cereal in this category delivers 5 grams of fiber, and I prefer 6-8 grams. That's why I rate it 4-stars. I increase my daily Metamusel intake by a couple of grams to compensate!

I sprinkle some ground flax seed to top it off, this adds a touch more fiber too.

Very chewy and a serving is rated at 2/3 cup, so this is a verry dense cereal. I soak it in soymilk for 10-15 minutes before eating, makes it a bit easier to chew.

THIS HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE WORST CEREALS OF MY LIFE IT IS SO DENSE YOU CAN BARELY SWALLOW IT. TOO MANY CALORIES IN SUCH A SMALL AMOUNT OF CEREAL. THEIR OTHER CEREALS ARE ALOT BETTER EVEN IF THEY HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF SUGAR.

Look at the plates of empanadas in the kitchen and the family gathered for a backyard party. The honest, personal text--given in both English and Spanish--make this perfect.
