![]() The Expected One: A Novel (The Magdalene Line) $16.00 A co-worker loaned me this book after I told her that I believe Mary Magdalene and Jesus Christ were married and had children. I'm glad that I read the book, even though some parts in the beginning and the middle were a bit tedious to read. I loved reading passages from the Arques Gospel of Mary Magdalene. I found the last few chapters very interesting and hard to put down. It seems like the author was trying to write another Da Vinci Code which it was not, although I do appreciate her efforts very much. The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown was much more spell bounding. I believe whole heartedly that Mary Magdalene was/is the wife of Jesus Christ and that they had children. What bothers me about these books is that there are never any black people in them. Every time a book about ascended masters or Jesus and the Bloodline comes out everyone is always lily white. The author uses the term Mary De Negre in the book, but Mary Magdalene is still described as a white woman anyway. All over Europe the Black Madonna is worshipped. Sara la kali who was black and from Egypt is believed to be the daughter of Jesus and Mary Magdalene, yet no one of African descent ever appears in these books. ![]() Better Than I Ever Expected: Sex and Aging $0.99 Join us in celebrating the joys and discussing the challenges of older age sexuality.
