How can you go wrong with resistance bands? They all break at one point or another if you use them regularly--so that's why I purchased this one (to replace the last two I purchased at Filene's Basement which broke from serious usage). If you are a woman I strongly suggest you do not buy the blue like I did... way too strong for me; can hardly do bicep curls with them.

I gave 4 stars because the cord takes some self tuning (it coils a little and doesn't grip well under my shoe when it's pressed to the floor). I guess in time I'll adjust to it, but I definitely have to buy a different color because the blue is limiting in exercise options due to its heavy tension. Also, the door attachment is a bit misleading in what you think it might be. You actually place it halfway inside the open door space and then close the door so the loop sticks out... problem with that is: I'm afraid that the 'knot' part inside the closed door will snap somehow and pop out--thus injuring me in the process (probably totally in my head but it's a scary thought for me nonetheless).

This DVD is a great way to burn off those calories. I really enjoy the routines and find myself looking forward to doing them everyday. I was amazed how quickly I saw results. I just ordered another DVD by Jennifer Galardi .."Dance off the Inches ..Hip hop party" .

I think this product is for beginners. I love to do physical exercises and I was looking for hip hop videos with coreography to have fun while doing the exercise...but it has been boring for me. Is like to be warming up during almost all the routine.

I didn't even realize it until now but I have the wrong item. The ball I recieved is blue and has a hand pump, not foot pump.
I would like a price correction on my credit card.

I suppose I didn't pay close attention when it arrived because I was in a rush. I am a birth doula and I needed it to take to the hospital for a soon-to-be-mother. I literally grabbed the ball out of the box when it arrived and drove to the hospital so she could use it during her labor.

So, please...a price adjustment?
