Thanks to the seller !  eCommerce Best Practices - How to market, sell, and service customers with internet technologies $34.95 Hello, The book arrived very quickly, after 1 or 2 weeks only. Unfortunately I thought this book contains programming tools or code helping to make ecommerce safer. So I misunderstood the title. After all I got another book which is better (and thicker) than I thought so this book might be still helpful for general stuff... If it was the book I thought off, it would have been perfect... Tomagic  The Complete E-Commerce Book, Second Edition: Design, Build & Maintain a Successful Web-based Business $37.95 this book is very clear and informative, a bit technical in some places but still worth every dime. better than the others i've got  Beginning PHP and MySQL E-Commerce: From Novice to Professional, Second Edition (Beginning: From Novice to Professional) $46.99 I finished the book, with a bit of trouble. I had no experience with the programming languages. I wish it would have taken me further in terms of making a more appealing website. In terms of function, it seemed to work just fine. I opted to actually go with an opensource solution, but this was an interesting project. I was originally going to give it 4 stars, but it gets 5 because it accomplishes what it sets out to do, thoroughly. This is the only book like this, get it if you would like the knowledge described in the title, you won't regret it. |
