Love this stuff!!! I order a case every month and drink one everyday on my way home from work. It gives me the boost I need to come home after a long day and get in an intense workout/run. As for taste....FANTASTIC :)

My husband and I both had gastric surgery in January 2009. (I had gastric bypass and he had LapBand surgery.) Another friend who had had gastric bypass surgery about 9 months before we did recommended ZOIC. After trying just about every brand of Ready-to-drink and powdered protein supplements, we found that ZOIC was the hands-down best in terms of flavor and protein content. We each drink at least 2 Zoic every day and have it shipped to our destination when we are visiting family or friends out of state. We even took it with us in a suit case on our recent Caribbean cruise. That's how important it is to our new nutrition regimin.

Zoic has just reformulated it's product. It now contains 15 grams of protein instead of the previous 21 grams. In my opinion, the flavor is not as good as the original product. I've written to the manufacturer & hope they will make the original formulation available as an alternative.

Even with the changes, ZOIC is still the best protein supplement drink out there in terms of taste and nutrition. My husband and I are definitely ZOIC fans.

With our surgery and our use of ZOIC, I have lost 120 lbs and my husband has lost 75 lbs. We feel great, look great, and are celebrating our new gift of a healthy life!

EAS & Atkins make the best tasting protein drinks - all the rest taste about the same. Zoic has the same "aftertaste" that other protein drinks have but I will say that it does a good job of curbing your hunger if you drink it in place of a mid-day or evening snack.

This satire of Eat, Pray, Love is one of the smartest, funniest, totally GENIUS books I've read recently. Nothing hipster-intelligent or pseudo-intelligent or gross-out-but-not-actually-funny (ahem, Tucker Max, ahem) about it - just brilliant writing. It flows smoothly and hilariously and makes me want to hang out with this guy. If you have read EPL, the structural and conceptual parallels will be unmistakable ~ but if you haven't read EPL, it will still be a good read.

Part one, Ireland, had me laughing so hard I was crying. Part two, Vegas, when he meets his guru? OMG, PERFECT. Perfect! And Part three, Thailand, tied it all together in a happy ending just like Gilbert's Bali.

This book is, unfortunately, NOT an actual memoir ~ that would have been amazing ~ but it reads like one. And again, the parallels between the two books makes the satire absolutely spot-on.
