This book should be a companion book to the Holy Bible. Extremely personal as if she was there describing so many details that the Bible doesn't include-like an intimate read of Mary's anquish and so many details of Christ's life and deeds and feelings. An incredible read-and also available at the library as an audio book. I recommend this book if you have not read the Bible lately and even if you are a Biblical scholar. It is an incredible ,intimate time with Jesus Christ's life.  The Dolorous Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ $26.95 I bought this book in order to fill in gaps that are in the Bible. Of course, these visions are not compulsory to believe, but they do give us a possible insight into the sufferings of Jesus undertook to save us. Included are the Agony in the Garden, His Arrest, the Scourging and crowning of thorns, the trial by Pilate, the Carrying of the Cross, the Crucifixion and the Dying on the Cross and the Resurrection.
