I love this Frame. Nice and Sharp image quality. It's a Sony!... Easy use. Just that it has less internal memory but Flash memory cards are so cheap that even 1 or 2 GB Card would be enough to fill tonnes of pictures.
No video or MP3 which I couldn't care less as I don't need those features. Only needed are Sharp images and which is what I got. Thanks Sony.

I had originally purchased a frame from Target but it did not last but a few days. This frame has much better picture quality at only a few dollars more than the Target frame. This frame is also the top rated digital picure frame on consumer reports and I know why. The picture quality is great and the set up as well as operation is very easy. I recommend it highly and with the Squaretrade 3 year warranty for only $12.99 it made it a better deal.

Had this product for two months before it started to behave intermittently. The slide show would sometimes freeze and trouble with it in powering on. After a year there were horizantal lines on it. This sat in a safe corner of the room so there was not any mishandling of the device. Kept the pics down to the products resolution and kept the pics to less than a count of 50 in one folder to ensure better functionality from the device. After reading many reviews the product either works or it doesn't work. And if it does work it's a matter of time it will not work. Most users in the reviews seem to be pretty much in the know of what they are doing and I trust their opinions on the CONS of this device. I'd strongly recommend taking the time and purchase one at WalMart.

I bought this product based on the reviews posted here. Well I have to tell you that this product underwhelmed me greatly. I had a Pandigital 10.4" frame for 3 years until it recenly stopped working. Even though I loved the look of the frame and the pictures on it were crystal clear and rich with color, I decided that I wanted to buy a larger frame for the area. This Optika had good reviews and was of the size I was looking for.

Picture quality: Not great to say the least. Color were not bold like my old Pandigital. Viewing angles were horrible, worse from a vertical perspective than horizontal. My frame was posiitoned on a shelf in y living room and given that most of the time people sit to watch tv, pictures shown in the frame are not clear (almost distorted) when viewed from below. And I'm not talking about being close to and below the frame. But below the frame and 12 feet away. Even though there were options to change the contrast, color, hue, tone, no pefect picture quality could be achieved. Very sad. It's odd that most of these reviewers thought differently. I'll also note that my Canon camera is of very good quality (10 mega pix). I even tried putting some pictures of full (not reduced) sized pictures and that didn't help either.

Quality: Obviously I'm not thrilled with the picture quality as stated above. But one other thing that was totally annoying is that the "patented" adjustable clip at the back of the frame to adjust viewing angle kept slipping and wouldn't hold onto the position that I wanted. Sometimes it would stay, only to slip later in the evening without anyone touching it.

I returned this. I've realized that my 10.4" pandigital was probably the perfect size anyway. The large optika was kind of an eye-sore and was overkill. I'm going back to my tried and true.
