BUY THIS BOOK! I gave this book 5 stars even though I would recommend buying the hardcopy. Im really bummed not to have the actual book to quickly flip to a chart or recipe . With that said , this book and the principals are so simple yet life changing. Im 5.9 andwas 148, to some reading this those stats will be slim and to othersit may seem I could loose a few. everybook i have ever read on weightloss and diet I have always been so hungry. In just 2 weeks I have dropped effortlessly to 144. im adding fiber to everything and im constantly full.....and farting. Seriously. But Im ok with that.i read this book because as a very healthy, triathlon running, spinning, commercial print model, mother and a young 39 I was diagnosed with Diverticulitis:an infection in my digestive track. I thought I had a healthy diet.......apparently not. I love that Tanya is an educated registered dietician. Im sick of taking advice from personal trainer at the gym or celebrities or chefs. This is the medical stuff. Oh, and journaling kinda sucks but ITS THE ONLY WAY. So stop being a brat and keep the journal, go online and buy the gg bran crackers, I dont drink so tht was a nonissue for me.
