![]() R. Vester Smith's Guide to the Not- So- Common Creatures Commonly Found in North America $25.97 I just received this book about a week ago, and I couldn't put it down! It combines great illustrations with a journal like premises to form a field guide about American folklore. My kids (7, 14) loved the short stories about the unknown. I teach at a middle school and I can't wait to share it with my class! Great Book!!! Highly Recommended!!! ![]() Moon of the Wolf $4.98 Good old fashion werewolf movie, with a touch of mystery. Who is the werewolf in this small Southern town? The Sheriff(David Jensen) must try to keep a lid on the hysteria of the locals, and deal with the ultra rich who have controlled the town for generations. His best friend the town doctor is a prime suspect, and he is falling in love with the local rich man's (Bradford Dillman)sister (Barbara Rush). Bradford doesn't want such a common man like the sheriff as a brother in law. The hunt is on as more and more locals are torn to pieces, before the sheriff can believe there really can be something as evil as a werewolf. I also enjoyed the essence of Southern small town living, and to be able to drift back to the 1970's when the world wasn't so complex. Just remember this is a simple movie to loose yourself in and enjoy a fantastic cast with outstanding performances. |
