 Five Conversations You Must Have with Your Daughter $14.99 This book really touched a soft spot. It repeatedly pointed out what I (as a parent) was doing and not doing to demonstrate a negative self image to my daughters. How many times have my kids heard me say I'd like to lose weight? I am 5' 9" and wear a size 4 or 6. Now I realize that these and other statements are only increasing the likelihood that my girls will see themselves negatively. I really wish I had learned this when they were younger. There is so much for a mom to learn in this book.
