I was 16 when I saw BR for the first time in 1982 and I still enjoy to watch it every now and then. Loved to see Rutger Hauer with dyed hair and a weird accent. The punch line of the story (Dick's artificial intelligence and the question about human rights) and the very darkness of the shooting, in my opinion, gives this motion picture his unique style which is still standing after 27 years and I hope there will never be a remake! The props and dressing are very much 80's, but thats gives BR a cult film status.

I ordered this package because I wanted to see the different editions of BR from the past 25 years: the original, the directors cut, the final cut and the workprint AND the deleted scenes. This gives you an idea how Scott struggled with the story and I how he was forced to make certain decissions in regards of the demands of the studio. Is Deckard a replicant or not, you want a happy end or a more dark end, what happens with Rachel and the voice over from Ford. Maybe in the future this box come with a editor selector: you can make your own version of the BR story by selecting your own favourite scenes!

Very enjoyable item with loads of backstage material. Haven't watched all of it (saved some for a rainy day!). Blu Ray is absolutely fantastic and the upscaling of DVD-material to Blu Ray standard works pretty smood. This is the ultimate gift for BR fans. I ordered this package from Europe and I received it within a week! Excellent service with a very fine price-quality ratio!

this documentary follows 2 art commissioners that specialize in serial killer artwork. one, rick staton, is a mortician by day and in his spare time corresponds with & visits infamous inmates while collecting macabre artwork from them. the artwork is added to his collection as well as shown (& sold) at art shows. rick and tobias (another true crime enthusiast) own a vast amount of artwork from john wayne gacy, richard ramirez, charles manson, kenneth bianchi, and others. this documentary specifically focuses on elmer wayne henley from the dean corll candy man murders and his artwork and highly controversial showing of it. the film features a wide range of interviewees like artist joe coleman, author harold schecter, elmer wayne henley and his mother, victim's families, victim's adovocate groups, etc. the movie is highly entertaining (there's no slow or boring parts) especially to people even remotely interested in serial killers. i bought it within the past month and have already watched it twice. since it's nearly impossible to rent (i dont know a single place that carries it), it's a nice addition to my dvd collection and would be to yours too.
Assassin's Creed 2 Collector's Edition: Prima Official Game Guide
Assassin's Creed 2 Collector's Edition: Prima Official Game Guide

This guide is magnificently done. All of the information you want to know about the game can be found inside, and it is organized very well. Screenshots, original artwork, and fully detailed maps underline all of this information.

Only the first few pages recap the simple instructions of how to play the game. It then jumps right into the Walkthrough section, which includes detailed information, including maps, collectibles, secondary missions, and even just game concepts that are introduced. None of the storyline is told without it being in context to what is required for the current mission, keeping the content of the game "safe."

While the walkthrough section is inclusive enough, the last two sections will probably prove the most useful for players who don't want to miss anything, but don't need the walkthrough either.

The Reference & Analysis section gives strategies, special moves, equipment lists, and shops. All of these lists and references include locations, prices, and when it is available in reference to how far you have progressed through the game.

The Extras section starts with an Achievements & Trophies list, but it is more than a simple list, as it gives page numbers to help you find information on completing them and the "Special Feats" are actually described in detail with their own individual breakdowns. The section continues by revealing all of the Free Missions, secrets, collectibles with maps and screenshots of the locations, and puzzle solutions. For some, the included wall poster with all the collectible items marked will solve the achievement/trophy hunter's problem by itself.

The last section includes a recap of the first Assassin's Creed, which is a great refresher for old fans and good background for new fans and then even brings more speculation to light with a section recapping the storyline of Assassin's Creed 2. A fun read for fans interested in the story.

The icing on the cake: a keyword index at the back for looking things up quickly.

Exactly what you want to see 100% of the game content, plus the artwork, plus a recap and analysis of the storyline. Highly recommend for anyone who purchases the game.
