![]() Cancel Your Own Goddam Subscription: Notes and Asides from National ReviewPM $24.00 I miss William F. Buckley. This book is a wonderful collection of his best. It's so nice to hear an intelligent conservative speak on the issues, rather than the crackpot nutjobs that I occasionally listen to on the radio now. ![]() Cancel or Allow T-Shirt $17.99 Without mentioning any names, we know that some of you are a little frustrated with the newest version of a certain operating system. Do you really have to verify every single action that Im trying to take? Oh, well. Anything for security. ![]() Skullcandy SC-NC Proletariat Noise Canceling Headphones $99.95 UPDATE: I filed a claim with amazon and the seller finally gave me a refund! It's nice to know the A to Z guarantee works. Thanks amazon! I am soooooo angry and feel totally ripped off by VibeCellular. Last week I ordered the Skullcandy noise cancelling headphones. Unbelievably, I DID NOT RECEIVE what I ordered. Instead what arrived were "amp'd mobile" headphones - loose in a skimpy black drawstring bag (not in the original packaging). They were shipped in a soft plactic envelope - no padding or protection whatsoever. I called VibeCellular and they told me that these were the exact same headphones as the Skullcandy just manufactured by a different company that went out of business. The customer service rep also told me that they are shipped without their original packaging to cut down on shipping costs because they were sold in bulk by the manufacturer. OK, so these were going to be a Christmas gift and now it looks like I bought them at a garage sale. When I asked about returning them I was told that I would have to pay a restocking fee plus the postage and it really wouldn't be worth my while. He basically laughed at me! I also noticed today that the headphones had been reduced in price from the $49.95 that I paid last week to $24.95 today. When I mentioned this to the rep he said he would give me a $15. credit but that's all he could do. So now I am stuck with a pair of sub-standard headphones that I never ordered in the first place. This is false advertising and should be illegal! Why would amazon allow this practice to occur? All I can say is BUYER BEWARE WHEN YOU ORDER FROM VIBECELLULAR as you will most likely get ripped-off. |
