Homemade C-4 A Recipe For Survival
Homemade C-4 A Recipe For Survival

I read this when it was first published. This guy is goofy. I gave it some stars because it does give a good recipe for an improvised Kinnepak. (which is completely dissimilar to C4) He either knows nothing about explosives and simply published a recipe someone gave him, or he is lying to the reader. You'd be much better served to buy an explosives chemistry book or a military manual for this kind of info. Or better yet, if you really aren't psychopathic subversives: take a class, get a license, and buy real, safe demolition materials.

I have the faucet attachment filter, so I found the picture for the product very misleading and confusing. But the filters themselves are pretty good. I live in Los Angeles and the water is so full of chemicals it tastes like pool water. And as a bonus, I live in an older building, so occasionally the water is less than clear. This filter eliminates most of the pool taste and all of the discoloration. I've had water filters that are better, but this one is sufficient for the price

This antenna works extremely well.

I used to have a large yagi as part of a VHF antenna on my roof which did a marginal job, but would get moved around by weather or birds(seriously) causing reception problems. The old antenna brought in some of the digital channels which were broadcast from around 60 miles away. I do live towards the top of the local terrain and had it mounted on top of the 2nd story roof peak. Eventually mother nature took it's toll in wear and tear and I needed to replace this old radio shack unit.

When I set-up the new one I tried it indoors from the 2nd floor and found reception was so good I tried it from the attic. It's still in the attic and works really well. I receive all the stations I expect and get a great digital picture. I'm sure I would get a stronger signal if it were mounted outdoors, but I don't need a stronger signal since it's digital (you either get a signal or you don't with digital. no snow from weak signals like the old analog days). And having it mounted indoors means it will stay working for years protected from mother nature.

One minor note. When it first arrived from Amazon a piece of the large plastic loops was split open along the seam. The was the first time I had any problem with something from Amazon so I was concerned about how hard it would be to exchange it. Kudos to Amazon as it was a simple phone call, they shipped me a replacement, and a postage paid return for the defective unit.

I love Amazon and I love this antenna. It's a great HDTV antenna. No costly satellite/cable bills for me.
