However both times the boards arrive cracked. The first time it was delivered,It was cracked right down the middle . We called the company and they sent us a new one immediately at no extra cost and no hassles. The second one came and there was a crack in it too but not as big and not as obvious as the first one. I am very pleased with the quality. The board is very sturdy due to the fact that it has a backer board. The board arrived UPS, double boxed, in perfect condition. I don't really understand how you can ship a $15 item UPS for free but, I will take it. Well worth the money.  Quartet S774 Quartet Cork Bulletin Board, 48 x 36, Oak Frame, One Board per Order $59.99 I was hesitant to order these boards after the poor reviews. Free shipping was the strongest point in the decision to order them. Three out of four came in great shape. The last one was damaged in shipping. Amazon authorized the return and immediately shipped another one. The great customer service by Amazon has me sold for future purchases. |
