I have now had to send back three of these routers. Out of nowhere, the WAN quits working and no internet. I have called tech support which was a pleasure, because they were very nice and tried to help, but after no one could figure out why the WAN died, they sent me another one and then another one and now if I do get one more, I'll be selling it. I am tired of sending these back, paying for shipping and then receiving another one, only to have it fail as well. Compared to my other routers, this one blows them away with the power that it has. However, I can't trade off that for how much more reliable my other routers are, compared to the bountiful. If they can fix the WAN issue, I'll be the first to buy them once again. Until that time, my four year old Linksys will keep the internet going fo us.
