I bought this product and it does have a measurement chart which is only based on abdominal fat, so the accuracy is questionable. The major problem I had with it is the so called clip which is supposed to stay at the measured level. Mine won't stay locked on, so I just have to check the measurement and release the whole thing.

I recieved my Omron fat monitor a few weeks ago and so far I am pleased with it. I had been measureiing my fat loss with a Tanita scale and had been a little disapointed with the swings in the readings. The info on the Omron said that it was more reliable and accurate determinate of body fat, so I said what the heck. I purchased my unit from Amazon and so far I am very pleased with my purchase. The measurements are always very close and as long as I enter in my weight if I loose or gain lbs. it appears to be accurate. I thought it was a good price also.

Used the Omron Body Fat Analyzer then had the calipers done at the gym. The numbers were the same. It is much easier and less time consuming than the calipers. The company this came from was prompt and would get my business again anytime.
