![]() Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (Remastered) $18.98 This is the most painful album to listen from my remaster box set. It is full of silly and forgetable songs. With the notable exception of Sgt. Pepper..., With A Little Help..., Lucy in the Sky..., and A Day in...That is it. The rest are fillers. That is four great songs against seven mediocre at best. I will never understand the hype surrounding this album. It is regarded as the best Rock and Roll album of all time, a real masterpiece, a piece of art, etc, and it really is a let down to me. Rock or Rock and Roll it is not; pure pop/bubblegum stuff. I dig the cover, though. I know the majority of you Beatles fan out there will disagree with me, but this is my opinion. You must admit, as I did as a fan, that this is The Beatles at their worst. ![]() SPRI ES501R Xertube Resistance Band with Door Attachment and Exercise Charts (Red, Medium) $11.99 I got this band and at first thought I was going to return it. I thought this because the band had a little more resistance than I was planning for, but after a while it gets warmed up and starts to release a little bit of tention. Just make sure you get the right strength when you buy, since the medium is a little tighter than I anticipated. Over all, I give this product a good rating ![]() Band of Brothers $79.98 Michael Kamen "borrowed" "his" main music theme for the Band of Brothers from Beethoven's Symphonie no. 2 in D major. Otherwise a well executed and written series, which I enjoyed watching. Slightly over-hyped maybe. But nevertheless positively boosting heroism, diversity and humanity in men at the same time. ![]() Band of Brothers [Blu-ray] $99.98 I heard about this HBO series through a colleague who highly recommended the mini series. The series was well done the picture and sound quality were excellent. I highly recommend this series. |
