The first season was very good, but when Ronon came on board in season two, it sealed the deal. This team is unique in the SciFi world, and except for the absence of the best doctor character since McCoy, this fourth season may be the best yet. Rodney often aggravates me to death, but he does keep things on an almost endearingly human level....after all if every one of the characters is noble and selfless and the best ever at their job, there's not a lot to identify with for most of us, is there? I especially like having Samantha Carter as the leader of the Atlantis expedition. Who has more chops for the position? After 10 years of saving the Milky Way galaxy time after time on Stargate SG-1, it's only appropriate that she move on and begin doing the same for the Pegasus galaxy on Stargate Atlantis. Also, unlike another brilliant scientist I could name, she actually has charm, a steel magnolia toughness, and marvelous people skills. The stories and arcs that comprise this fourth season are clever, intriguing, and well put together. I really miss this show and wish they had maintained the level of quality they achieved in seasons two, three and four, as well as a stable cast. If they had, they might still be on the air.

Over the years I have used numerous backup programs and none of them worked to my satisfaction. I downloaded the FolderClone trial version and used it for a month before I bought it. It does exactly what I want it to do, when I want it to do it. Basically, if Windows Explorer can find a file, FolderClone can find it and put a backup copy of it on any memory device that Windows Explorer can find. You can use Windows Explorer to see and test the copies.

With FolderClone, I daily backup: My Documents totally, selected files individually, Microsoft Outlook, Windows Favorites, Microsoft Money, and RoboForm (encrypted passwords and documents). Monthly I backup My Documents to an external drive.

Microsoft Outlook is the trickiest file to backup. Windows, by default, hides the Outlook user file. To setup FolderClone to copy it I had to set Widows to view hidden folders (from Widows Explorer select Tools / Folder Options / View / Files and Folders / Hidden Files and Folders / Show hidden files and folders). The location of your Outlook files is: C:\ Documents and Settings \ YOUR USER NAME \Local Settings \ Application Data \ Microsoft \ Outlook\. Within FolderClone go to the Task Properties / Options / CHECK Override Application Level Options / UNCHECK Ignore Hidden Files, UNCHECK Ignore Hidden Folders.

I'm always trying to build a better portfolio. Last year I heard that Jim Cramer (CNBC's Mad Money host) was preaching the virtues of trading around a "Core Position."

I wanted to know more about, "Core Position," trading and Googled it. The many citations led me to buy Robert Lichellos' 1977 book, How to make a Million in the Stock Market.

Lichello is an interesting author and provides us with a narrative of how stock investing was accomplished in the 1970's. So, it's a history book. But, it's also a book about a new trading system. In his book Lichello outlines his "AIM" method of buying low and selling high. It's basically a risk management method to be applied to your portfolio. In the book, Robert's new "AIM" system is loving and methodically described by the author. Robert says that using this system can make you a million in the stock market. Well that may be oversell. Authors are good at overstatement.

Still, is a fact that Jim Cramer uses this system in managing the profit and loss mitigation in his portfolio. Yes, he has modified the system to work his own way, but the basis of his system has its origins' in Robert Lichellos' work.

I see Robert Lichello as an original thinker and ahead of his time. I appreciate the effort Robert took to build and test his system. I recommend this book.
