Wow, these ladies are scary and I would not like to see if there are any bodies buried in their back yards.
The finale, Last Supper is the best, but you really need to watch every episode that leads up to it first. This is sort of like a Sopranos episode, although none of the housewives say they are associated with the Mafia and are being victimized by the rich Italian stereotypes. At the dinner, things come to a head as Danielle (not her real name) tries to live down her past and calls out the other ladies for spreading the book about her past around town. The good things I will say about these ladies is their family loyalty and they actually seem to genuinely love their husbands and children. Power Path to Love

FAST REAL ESTATE PROFITS was quite helpful and an easy read. The information given throughout the book is a must for beginners in the business. It is up front and candid about getting started and at the same time does not sugar coat the processes to make it sound as if any one can buy and flip houses.
I appreciated the information about developing a "team" of people to help through the processes: real estate agent, lawyer, accountant, lenders, contractors and inspectors. The process becomes easier when you have people you know and trust.
The book also contains terms used in buying and selling real estate, what avenue of financing to use, and how to find properties. Information given on priorities in renovating and scheduling can be quite valuable, as well as showing and selling the property.
I recommend the book to anyone interested in getting started in real estate.
