well I was not happy with the information in this book, his wife wrote all of it and she is suddenly not on the box like the old version. Some of the information is way off. I work in medicine and with world renowned nutritionists and food healers and this knowledge is dangerous to say the least. I tried and my wife tried eating or drinking these avocado seeds and it made us both very sick. I know a handful of people who have had the same negative health results.

The author is not a doctor, nutritionist, or physical therapists he actually only holds a degree in business. Kind of funny huh. Well anyways buys beware.
