 5 Port Smart HDMI Switch (Auto switch among 5 input sources, IR remote and AC Adapter included) $49.95 I just installed this little switch. I have 3 devices with HDMI outputs. Dish DVR, Sony DVR, and PS3. It works great with the DISH DVR and the PS3. However the Sony DVR has sound but no picture. I think cable length might be a problem. The only cables I have are 6 feet long. Therefor I have a total of 12 feet plus the switch. I intend to buy shorter cables and try to connect the SONY DVR. Otherwise the switch works without any power. I have not tried to use the remote that came with it except to make sure that it works. I don't need the remote as it switches to the PS3 when I power it up and back to the DISH when I power off the PS3. The only complaint I have, is that you need to be a watchmaker with a powerful microscope to read the instruction manual. Not only is it written in micro type, the type is extremely faded. I couldn't find a place to download the instructions. I read the reviews here to learn how the switch works. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this book was in excellent condition with only about six pages highlighted. This was a tremendous find!
