This toy was a lot of fun for my son. My husband is an employee of SWA, so my son is loving playing with the plane that daddy works with! The only thing I wasn't crazy about were the little cones and signs, but that's just because my son and my dog were a little rough on those. Overall its a great toy set.

They have become a model for organizations in on how to become successful through maximizing the potential of their people. While it is possible to replicate the process that an organization uses, it is the spirit of that organization that makes all the difference.
