Tony Rogers: Encyclopedia, Vol. 1 (A 10-Year Retrospective, Including Songs to Accompany the Book
Tony Rogers: Encyclopedia, Vol. 1 (A 10-Year Retrospective, Including Songs to Accompany the Book "Encyclopedia of an Ordinary Life," by Amy Krouse Rosenthal)

$13.99
Tony Rogers is an amazing songwriter. He takes "pop" music to a level that is at once thought provoking and entertaining. This man is on par with Paul Simon and Billy Joel.

"Encyclopedia Volume 1" is a perfect primer to his music.

Some of the tracks are previously released either by The Good or by Rogers' critically acclaimed show "Pop Psychology".

Some of the tracks were inspired by (and written for) Amy Krouse Rosenthal's book "Encyclopedia of an Ordinary Life."

There are also some previously unreleased songs for kids.
"If You Wanna Be a Baby" might be the best song I have heard this year and I make a living writing about music.

Other standouts are "Peach Tuxedo" and "Cash Room B."

If you only buy one album this year. Make it "Encyclopdia Volume One."

I think I might be more excited about this release than my own album which comes out next month. So if you buy two albums this year...

Seriously, you work hard for your money. You want to spend it wisely. Buy this disc. Your ears and your brain and your tappin' toes will thank you.
