The increase in strength might be attributed to good work ethic in the gym but combine that with CE2 and you will be impressed. I've tried monohydrate and I do think the combo packages that come with other boosters and suger do give more initial jolts when starting off in the gym, but this is a clean supplement support. No trouble sleeping and at half the dosage it tells you to take you will feel a difference when you realize you've spent over an hour and a half working out and you know you can go even further.
