I enjoy the ability to not only monitor my heartrate, but to see how many calories I've burned and the duration of my workout. The only complaint I have is the chest band - its comfortable enough, but the "hooking" mechanism where the elastic band meets the chest band seem to pop off quite easily - especially during high intensity aerobic type classes where I'm moving around a lot. And once that band comes off, you have to reset your workout session - quite annoying. But I found that if I tuck the whole band under my sports bra it tends to stay in place.
