Wince Bar Portable Weight System

I purchased the Wince Bar Portable Weight System because I wanted to weight train at home. My local Curves gym (of which I was a staff member) closed and I found the City Parks and Rec Weight Room lacking. I'm not exactly new to weight training, but never did it regularly. Not able to afford a gym membership, I decided to pull together a "little home gym" in my bedroom and wanted adjustable dumbells. The WBPWS fit the bill. Right now I am using the hollow bars only, so I have a ways to go. If I'm working on one arm say in a tricep kickback, I use the weighted middle piece for added weight. The only thing I wish that the video that came with it had a complete workout that you could follow along at different levels. I use other DVDs that use weights. My athletic 18 year old really likes it too, but it remains mine!
