I really enjoyed (and continue to enjoy) their debut album but if the two songs I have heard from this album are any indication, this is going to be a pretty weak album. The first album is clever but with this song and "Horchata" I get the impression that Vampire Weekend has overdosed on clever to the point of making annoyingly bad music. I'm just glad that I didn't waste any money on these.

(throwing away her admission letter to med school to take a year off, and play in her band. Turning down a research fellowship at Columbia University to accept the ER job)

The author treats us with short, powerful chapters that deliver a vivid portrait of what it is like to work in one of the best known hospitals in the world.

Her growth is visible through her writing, as is the toughening of her own skin, and her maturity through the intense long days she spends, plying the craft that she obviously loves.

If you enjoy hospital dramas, or even if you don't, you'll like this book, because it's written with a realness that keeps the reader interested and focused.

Excellent read! Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this book! The projects are fun and beautiful. It is clear that Heather Ross put her heart and soul into this book and it shows. The book has designs for everyone and the instructions are very clear. I checked this one out of the library, but have put it on my Christmas list as it is full of sewing information that I could refer to over and over again.
