This isn't the first book I've read about eating right and improving health and as such I didn't find anything new in it. It goes over some "superfoods" and some things to try and stay away for better sleep but it's all pretty much easy to find ideas you could get off the internet. Nothing special. It would be a good primer if you didn't already know about your diet but that would be about it. Besides that I don't agree with drinking artifical sweetners and skim milk. It's better to eat real foods rather than processed and chemically altered ones. Just my opinion. I believe this book is medicore at best.

This was great. Perfect timing to train me to teach my dog how I want him to act and be. He is not great with other dogs while he is on the leash, I learned that I have to control him before we even leave the house. I am the leader of the pack. He still gets a bit carried away when he sees other dogs, but I don't feel as stressed and he notices the difference. It will come with time and practice. Now I just have to get my kids to do it.
