This bubble umbrella is much sturdier than the last one I bought from another company. Half the ribs broke in my former umbrella and the tips never stayed attached. My new Super Sturdy umbrella is large enough to keep my upper body dry in a windy rainstorm and has withstood some pretty strong breezes without falling apart. In the past, I have also used the vented, so-called "wind-proof" umbrellas that turned inside-out in the wind, just like the cheap made-in-China umbrellas offered at Wal-Greens for $1.50. But my new Bubble Umbrella is a great deal for the money.

Not as large as a golf umbrella, but big enough for one person. I use this too as a "sun" umbrella since it looks summery. The quality is great and it opens quite easily and quickly at the push of a button. It's also very attractive.

I ordered this in black on 4/20/09 and one of the cloth pieces ripped on the end of one of the metal arms on 11/23/09, so had to send back to [...] for lifetime warranty replacement which is good. Bad part is [...]makes you pay $5 for return shipping and you have to pay to ship it to them, plus you are without the umbrella for 4-5 weeks so you have to have a backup umbrella in the meantime. Never had a problem with a totes before so I still will give them a four star rating.
