 Mr. Baseball $9.99 I bought this video because I'm teaching a class in intercultural communication. It had been recommended to me by a friend. I took the time to show the whole thing in class, and the students loved it. It linked in so well with the chapter and the lecture. It shows a great look at the culture of Japanese baseball and how one American comes to embrace it. Yes there's a romance, but it takes a backseat to the relationship between American player and Japanese manager and what they learn from each other. It's also a good movie. It was entertaining as well as educational.
