He spent 3 years there for hitting a woman in the head w/ 2 lbs of liver. Otto was quite comfortable in confinement, and now has a hard time adjusting to the stress of the outside world. Thank goodness for his career in sausage-making! Otto goes right back to slicing and grinding his meats into tasty links of fleshy delight. He also finds that killing those who irritate him helps to relieve his tension, but what to do w/ those pesky bodies?? Of course! He can just feed his former tormentors into the old sausage-making machine! Otto is a genius! THE MAD BUTCHER is a rather tame horror / comedy w/ no real gore to speak of. There are a few (brief) scenes containing nudity. Nope, this isn't TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE, or even MOTEL HELL. However, its not bad... ![]() Majestic Atlanta Braves Ash Turner Field Greatest Show T-shirt $18.00 Show your love for Turner Field with this Greatest Show tee by Majestic! The ballpark was originally constructed in 1996 as Centennial Olympic Stadium for the Summer Olympics, then was redesigned and opened in 1997 as the home of the Braves. ![]() From Senegal to Senatobia $14.98 When I lived in the Mississippi Delta, I discovered Otha Turner and his fife and drum band. In a freakish coincidence, I have lived in both Senatobia, MS and Senegal. Otha's music definitely has its roots in West African music and you can hear the ancient tones. Yet this music, like another reviewer said, is definitley trance music. It's like no other you've heard. If you are interested in Alan Lomax's recordings from the South, you'll love Otha Turner. The recording is raw and flawed but this lends to the music's authenticity and makes you feel like you're at one of Otha's barbecues listening to the music live. Turner, who died a couple of years ago, had several members of his family in the band. Let's hope they carry the tradition on. |
