It's solid, it's quite, it's very well built, It's simple to set up and is a great all-around piece of equipment. Buy the mat that goes with it.  Stamina 55-1610 InMotion E1000 Elliptical Trainer $150.00 I am pretty impressed with this small elliptical. It was easy to put together, only took about 15 minutes and the tools are provided! For the days you can't get outside for a run or to the gym this is great for the price. I've read a few reviews about the balance. I didn't find the balance to be much of an issue. I started with a kitchen chair in front of me just in case I lost my balance, but i find that now the balance actually strengthens my back and abs at the same time. Pros: Compact for small places. Easy to assemble. Gets your heart rate up quickly. Helps with your balance and back strength. Cons: Stride length isn't very long, but it's more about getting the heart rate up and strengthening the core. I'd recommend this to anyone that is limited on space or just wants to see if they will really use an elliptical.  Bell Motivator Mag Indoor Bicycle Trainer $99.99 This product is great..very well built and sturdy and its easy to release the bike when you want to ride it outside. It is a little noisy but you can listen to music to drown the noise out.
