It seems that much of my cookware has been in need of replacement recently, so I have been on the hunt for high quality products to replace them. I don't have a full size oven, instead, I have two smaller ovens. I love this arrangement, but at the same time, I have to be careful I buy products that actually fit into my oven. Please keep in mind that these are a bit smaller than what most people might like. I really like these pans!

They are a nice, heavy weight. This is perfect for when you are taking them out of the oven. For me, lightweight ones are not balanced well, so it is easy for me, when I am in a hurry, to not hold the pan level, and then the dogs are VERY happy, because Mom just dropped a cookie or two on the floor!

The first set I purchased, each had a small dent on the side, so I sent them back. For what we pay for things, I feel that if I want them to have dings, I'll do that myself! Amazon.com sent me replacements immediately. That was awesome.

I was really replacing my old pans that I didn't use all that often. Now I have found they make GREAT cookie sheets too! The cookies come out nice and evenly brown on the bottom, and they bake a good number of cookies at a time, so it doesn't take me forever to bake cookies!
