Fantastic, I have brought a number of Blu-Ray discs and have been dissapointed with the sound quality, not so in this case.

(I am running Polk speakers with twin subs and a Denon 110 watt per Ch Amp)

This is the 1st disc I turn to when I want to have a blow out, (OK then when I come home from having a few beers) the sound is surpurb, well balanced and rocks like no other.
It has a slow start but from Smoke on the water through to the end it is pure magic.

Well priced so just buy it, you will not be dissapointed.

I think you have to accept that these performers are getting on, enjoy the show for what it is after all could you perform to this standard in your 60's?

This book is an insult to empirical scholarship, i.e. scholarship based on critically interrogated facts. If it is of use, and that is a big "IF", it is as a diagnostic of the political environment of the late 20th century that somehow thought a filiopietistic approach to African/Afro-American history was culturally useful even if it did abject violence to any real sense of Native American history AND denigrated Native Americans. Here's what is truly appalling, some publicly supported cultural institution was underwriting this clap-trap while serious scholars of PreColumbian America were scratching for funding. Makes me sick to think about!

This has got to be one of the most boring movies ever made. It goes on and on and on with nothing happening. You would be much less bored at a lecture on the origin of trigonometry. I saw it brand new when I was 15 in 1959. I know I was young, but I saw many serious films that year (I went to the movies every Saturday)--films like Imitation of Life, Anatomy of a Murder, On the Beach, Room At the Top, The Sound and the Fury, and Suddenly Last Summer (to name just a few), and I loved them and stayed interested. I don't think I was too young to appreciate this movie at age 15 because I tried to watch it a couple of years ago on TV and got just as bored. Even with these big stars (mostly just going through the motions here) this is one of the biggest flops in history. Save your money.
