I don't have a long, intellectual explanation of why this was a good purchase. I simply didn't own any music by the Police and glad they are now part of my collection, since they were a band I grew up with... or at least the college years.

The Police were one of the best rock trios period. Sting played the bass and flowed his lyrics. Andy Summers filled tracks up with his playing. Sometimes it sounded like two lead guitars. Let's not forget my man Stewart Copeland. I have never enjoyed listening to drummers much before him. This guy had some sick fills. One of my favorites was on Driven To Tears at the break at the end of the song. Listen to it and you will hear for yourself. My only regret is not seeing them perform live.

I listen to this album almost 30 years ago for the first time and still amazes me as the first. There's no fillers in this one. If there's something to be told is that the digipack doesn't have any lyrics. The remaster is impecable. I'm going for the whole collection...
