Prior to purchase, Seller did not reply until I started a complaint resolution with Amazon. The 2nd time I tried to communicate, AFTER I purchased the DVD, I asked a question and was told it was already sold. (to me!) Seller did not click that it was I who had purchased the dvd. She never replied to my question other than this.
Item was well packaged and delivery was relatively fast.

I thought that by the time I was ordering this item mid-August the problem with missing CDs mentioned in earlier reviews would have been resolved, but like others, I received this item with 5 CDs missing -- only the cases were there. I wrote and requested that they send the missing CDs and got a reply that they would take care of it but were not sure if I wanted a replacement or refund (DUH). I was also told that they cannot send the missing items but can send a new collector's edition. So I went online and indicated that I wanted a replacement and now I am waiting and waiting and wondering if I will get a complete set or another defective one.

"Cruel Intentions 2" is filled with many of the same ingredients that made the original film a must-see: gorgeous actors, back-stabbing characters, lovely scenery, and a fun plot. All the characters from the "mother film" are being played by different actors in this prequel. The movie explores how Sebastian and Kathryn first met, became step-siblings, and how their cat and mouse game ends up nearly destroying each other. Sebastian is still a lady's man and Kathryn uses this to her advantage to destroy her step-brother. "Cruel Intentions 2" will never win accolades for being an Oscar worthing movie, but it's great fun and enjoyable. The DVD is a dual-layered disc that has the feature in both widescreen and full screen formats. There is not much in the way of bonuses, but talent files and bonus trailers from other films are included. Subtitles are in English, Chinese, Korean, and Thai. This film was followed by the even better "Cruel Intentions 3".
