Beware buying this product through AMAZON.com The 4 year warranty doesn't apply. I've had mine for less than 2 years and this morning it BURNED my hair because the blower isn't working properly. Had I purchased it elsewhere I would have the warranty available to me.

I have been using flat irons for over 15 years and this is by far the best one I have ever used. I was skeptical about it being "wet or dry" but all my fears were for nothing. For anyone with long hair worried, don't! I have very long hair and have not had any difficulty with this iron. I have been using this iron for about a week and my hair feels so soft and is straighter than it has ever been before. I live in Alabama and the humidity here is insane but my hair has yet to get frizzy or anything since I have been using this. It is a must have for anyone that straightens their hair.
