4 of 5 stars for the comedy parody Superhero Movie. I love a good parody movie! Any movie with Leslie Nielsen is one that I will enjoy! The main theme is a geeky highschool guy is bitten by a radioactive dragonfly and gains superhero powers. Sound like a famous comic book? Yep. We have the beautiful girlfriend and a bad guy. Lots of bad puns, silly jokes, sight gags and odd-ball humor. My one piece of advise is to carefully watch the background of each scene; often the funny stuff is shown behind the foreground action.

Easy on the brain, funny and entertaining. Worth the watching.

My grandson is four and is just getting into games and is majorly into superheros. I went 'looking' for something with superhero's in it and came across this game. It seemed to meet both of my needs/ game and superhero. He loves it. He had a little problem with the idea of 'losing' the superman, but I feel it teaches him to give/take. Good lesson to learn! He is great with the matching skills already. Wonderful game.

This book is wonderful for reference. It got used in my M.A. thesis quite often. If you are looking for connections between comics, literary theory, and other academic ideas then this is the book you want.

I came across this book at a bookstore and was mesmerized. I sat down and read the thing cover to cover - it is awesome!!! Unfortunately my two young daughters didn't really get why or how it is so funny and AWESOME (obviously I need to work on training their senses of humor better) so I was racking my brain - WHO CAN I GET THIS FOR??? Bam - my 4-year-old nephew for Christmas - perfect! And now that I'm pregnant with my third, well, this book just may be the best reason to hope for a boy!
