 adidas Men's Adistar Ride Running Shoe,White/Phantom/Sun,12 M $124.95 I am 62 years of age and my running shoe of choice for years was adidas ozweego classic. I understand these shoe companies believe in fixing what is not broken so I needed a replacement shoe when the ozweego's were discontinued. I analysed close to 50 shoes and several I bought were unacceptable so I called Adidas and they suggested I try adistar line. I settled on the Ride after reading the online description and purchased without trying on since stores in my area do not carry adistar. I was very pleasantly surprised how comfortable these shoes are . Bear in mind i am a neutral runner with a low arch. These shoes run true to size precisely and they really do fit like a glove and i will buy another pair. The only reason i did not give 5 stars is the tongue could be slightly longer and on the pair i bought it is solid yellow. More importantly since these shoes are made for coolness the upper support particularly on the sides is lacking compared to the ozweego classics. I weigh 160 and i don't expect to get the wear from these as i did the Ozweego's but comfort wise they are better than i anticipated without even trying them on which i certainly do not recommend. My foray into New Balance running shoes was a huge disappointment. The closest in comfort to these that i tried was Asics Gel series which are also very acceptable comfortwise.  Another Run Around the Sun $15.98 Another Run Around The Sun - rich, resonant sound that almost seems like a visit to the past (is this James Taylor?).
