Amazing Stress Solutions For Small Spaces  Ball Dynamics Stress Buster Massage Ball $30.99 I've suffered from a herniated disc in my low back which when it flares up causes my glute muscles to tighten up. The stress buster ball is the only thing I've found to really work the knots out and within 10-15 minutes I have relief. I have also shared this with a couple family members and they are going to buy one too because they can't believe how good it feels. My spouse on the other hand has not given the stress buster ball a fair chance and says that only a massage works for him. I keep telling him that he's wrong though. I personally don't like using it on my back because I think it feels too harsh but if you put a towel against your back, then the ball and then leaned against the wall, that would probably take away the "pokey" feeling. That's just my opinion though; it sounds like the other reviewers have found it to work well on their backs. I think all physical therapists and chiropractors should tell their patients about the stress buster ball! |
