I've been using Gilad workouts for years. I also have been doing advanced step at the gym for years. The first time I did this tape, I was snoozing for the first two sections but the last two made up for it. The moves weren't complex but you can make them intense with bench height and hopping for high intensity. I'm in pretty good shape and this workout makes me sweat by the end and leaves me breathless. Sometimes I mix this by starting out with Gilad's 30 minutes fat burning aerobic workout then doing the last two sections of this tape for step. That combo works great for me!

I bought this step from Amazon almost three years ago, and it's held up great.

As other reviewers have mentioned, it's a full-size step, just like the ones you'd find at a gym. It's solid and sturdy, and even with weekly use, mine looks practically brand new. The black traction has not come up or worn down at all, and it's been great to have this bench to do my step workouts at home.

If you're thinking about purchasing the smaller-sized bench, you might want to bite the bullet and pay a bit more for this full-sized one since you definitely won't outgrow it and it will allow you to do any step workout out there. :-)
