I love a good egg sandwich and this ring is just exactly the right size and shape. But I took away 1 star for the burrs along the bottom edget and the not quite flat shape. The best way to use it is to start with medium-low heat and just pour in enough beaten egg to coat the bottom and let it firm a bit before adding the rest. That keeps it from seeping out under the edge. |
