After reading some of the reviews I initially canceled all consideration. However, I read a couple of those that emphasized the need to read and follow the instructions included with the toy. I told my son to carefully follow the instructions. He had no problems putting it together and it has been solid even after moving it frequently. He has two sons (2 & 4) and a number of cousins that play with Crash-Ups for hours at a time. Even the adults get into the action. It is effectious and great fun for all. If you follow the directions, yes, I know that means reading the instructions before attempting assembly, this is a wonderful fun toy for the whole family, even the supervised 2/3 year olds.

And by he way it has many instructional features. It teaches cooperation for the benefit of all. It teaches cause and effect. It teaches planning. It teaches analysis. Kinda' nice for such a fun and durable item that is not related to a computer.

I have purchased several items on Amazon and this is the first item I have ever had to return. After I had the watch for about 3 days I noticed that it was losing time. I would reset the time and it would be ok for awhile but on about the 5th day it stopped working all together. I'm assuming that the battery died. You would think that Invicta would check these things before they shipped a watch. Also the case for the watch was pretty dirty so who knows how long this was in the warehouse before they shipped it. I was very dissapointed and I will not be purchasing this brand again.
