![]() So You Think You Can Dance I absolutely adore this show and would love to see it put out on DVD, but I emailed FOX and was made aware that this will not happen because of problems with music rights with the songs they use on the show. I just wanted to get this out there for everybody to see to that people were not waiting around for something that will not happen. ![]() Salsa Crazy Presents: Learn to Salsa Dance, Volume 3: Salsa Dancing Guide for Beginners $39.95 What's great about Learn to Salsa Dance volume three is that even though it's a beginner's DVD you do more than what most would consider beginner's dance movements. This DVD, more than the previous ones, is heavily focused on partner work. Some of the movements include the simple cross body lead, the cape and some intermediate additions to some basic Salsa patterns. How many other beginning Salsa DVDs out there offer all of that! I did my research and I can say, not many. That's why I chose the Learn to Salsa series. ![]() Dance off the Inches: Hip Hop Party $14.98 I think this product is for beginners. I love to do physical exercises and I was looking for hip hop videos with coreography to have fun while doing the exercise...but it has been boring for me. Is like to be warming up during almost all the routine. ![]() Learn To Dance Bachata, Mastery System, 3 DVD Set: A Step-By-Step Guide To Bachata Dancing $97.00 I have about 5 years of salsa dance experience, but I've never formally taken any bachata classes. I've just never heard of anyone teaching it in my area of the globe. These DVDs have been great for me to expand my bachata steps. (I've only really known the side to side basic and turning side to side.) I really recommend these DVDs. The price might seem like a lot but considering the fact that a single 45 minute private dance lesson goes for $85 at a dance school, these DVDs are sooo worth it. The production quality is excellent. Instructions are clear for both leaders and followers. The instructors demonstrate the moves from different angles so you can see what going on with the arms and legs from the other viewpoint. Not only do they teach dance moves, but also introduce some bachata history and tips on proper etiquette at dance clubs. (For example, don't refuse a dance with someone, and then accept to dance with a different person during the same song!) |
