Although I did have a similar problem to another reviewer (there are two different sizes of washers but I received all of one size) the seller was very prompt in sending out the correct ones. Assembly was a bit trickier than I hoped for but I could tell it was much better made than the aforementioned grocery one. This one maneuvers so much better too. Turns are so easy as are curbs and other bumps along the way. I definitely recommend this cart.
